Shipping Policy

We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.

All orders are shipped with tracking for full delivery visibility.

We use selected carriers, including DPD, Mondial Relay, DHL, UPS, FedEx, bpost and GLS, depending on the destination country and the available shipping service.

At checkout, customers may be able to choose between:

  • Pickup point delivery

  • Home delivery

Available delivery options may vary depending on the destination country and carrier service.

Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Italy, United States, Japan, United Kingdom, Austria, Bulgaria, Czechia, Slovakia, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Luxembourg, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, China, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Canada and Sweden.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the selected delivery option.

Each order is carefully packed and shipped to help ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.

We offer free shipping on eligible orders over €100 where available. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when the order is eligible.

International orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees and local charges upon delivery. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer/importer.

If the customer refuses delivery, fails to pay import duties or taxes, provides incorrect delivery details, is unavailable, or does not collect the parcel, this will not be treated as a valid return.

In these cases, any return shipping costs, customs charges, import fees, brokerage fees, storage fees, carrier surcharges or handling fees caused by refusal or non-delivery may be deducted from any possible refund or charged to the customer, where permitted by applicable law.

Shipping fees, import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees and carrier surcharges are non-refundable.
