Shipping & Delivery

Vintage District Antwerp ships orders from Belgium. We normally dispatch within 1–2 business days. All parcels are sent with tracking; transit times vary by destination and available carrier.

Free pickup-point delivery — 7 European countries

Pickup-point delivery is FREE from your first item for orders sent to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal. There is no minimum order value and we do not impose a weight-based shipping threshold for this free option at checkout.

How does free pickup work?

  1. Choose Pickup point delivery at checkout.
  2. Enter your normal home address and complete your order. You do not need to select a pickup-point address or a specific parcel shop.
  3. Our team selects an available pickup point as close as reasonably possible to the delivery address, considering the local carrier network and availability.
  4. We send you the pickup-point details and tracking information when the shipment is arranged. Collect your parcel at that location within the carrier's collection window.

Would you like to check the likely pickup location before placing an order? Contact us with your postal code. We choose the shipping carrier based on available service and price; a specific carrier or pickup point is not guaranteed.

Home delivery

Home delivery is available in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy and Spain. Below €100, the home-delivery surcharge shown at checkout depends on your country and package weight. Home-delivery rates are normally configured for packages weighing up to 10 kg.

Home delivery is FREE for orders of €100 or more in those six countries. The €100 threshold is based on the order value after product discounts, before shipping. Shopify applies the qualifying free-shipping rate automatically at checkout.

For an unusually heavy order exceeding 10 kg, please contact us before ordering if you require delivery to your door so we can check the available service. Eligible €100+ orders may still display the free-shipping option at checkout.

Portugal: pickup-point delivery only

For Portugal, the available delivery method is free pickup-point delivery. Home delivery is not currently offered; we choose an available pickup point as close as reasonably possible to your address.

Other destinations

We may also deliver to: United States, Japan, United Kingdom, Austria, Bulgaria, Czechia, Slovakia, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Luxembourg, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, China, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Canada and Sweden. Their delivery methods and prices remain destination-specific and are shown at checkout.

For shipments outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage charges and local charges may apply. These are generally the customer's responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Delivery, collection and returns

Make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct. If a parcel is refused, left uncollected or cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, any additional carrier or return-related charges may apply where permitted by law. Shipping charges and refunds are always subject to applicable consumer law and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
