Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the customer contacts us within this period and the item is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason not related to an error on our side, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

If the return is due to an error on our side, such as receiving the wrong item or receiving an item that is damaged and was not clearly described in the listing, we will take responsibility and cover the return shipping costs.

Returned items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were originally shipped. Items must not be worn, washed, altered, damaged or returned in a condition different from how they were received.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue the applicable refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

For eligible returns, the item price will be refunded. Original shipping costs may be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is caused by an error on our side.

If the value of the item has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item, we may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund, where permitted by applicable law.

International orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees and local charges upon delivery. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer/importer.

If the customer refuses delivery, fails to pay import duties or taxes, provides incorrect delivery details, is unavailable, or does not collect the parcel, this will not be treated as a valid return.

In these cases, any return shipping costs, customs charges, import fees, brokerage fees, storage fees, carrier surcharges or handling fees caused by refusal or non-delivery may be deducted from any possible refund or charged to the customer, where permitted by applicable law.

Shipping fees, import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees and carrier surcharges are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
