Size Guide

Vintage sizing can vary from one brand, model and era to another.
For this reason, we always recommend checking the measurements in cm shown in each product description instead of relying only on the size label.

Important

A pair of jeans marked with the same size may fit differently depending on:

  • brand

  • model

  • rise

  • stretch

  • vintage age and production period

That is why the measurements in cm are the most reliable way to choose the right fit.

How to compare measurements

The easiest way is to compare the measurements listed on our product page with a similar item you already own and that fits you well.

Lay your garment flat and compare the following points:

Jeans / Trousers

  • Waist = measured flat across the waistband

  • Front rise = from the crotch seam to the top of the waistband

  • Inseam = from the crotch seam to the end of the leg

  • Total length = from the top of the waistband to the bottom hem

  • Leg opening = measured flat across the bottom of the leg

Jackets / Tops

  • Chest

  • Shoulders

  • Sleeve length

  • Waist

  • Total length

All measurements are provided in centimetres (cm).

Men’s waist guide

For men’s jeans, the W number usually refers to waist size in inches, but fit may still vary depending on the brand and model.

We strongly recommend comparing the listed waist measurement in cm with a similar pair you already wear.
