Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are dispatched from Belgium, normally within 1–2 business days.

Every shipment includes tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier and selected delivery service.

We work with selected shipping partners and choose the most suitable available carrier for each shipment. We do not guarantee a specific carrier.

Free Pickup Point Delivery — 7 European Countries

Pickup point delivery is FREE from your very first item, with no minimum order value, in the following countries:

• Belgium
• Netherlands
• France
• Germany
• Italy
• Spain
• Portugal

There is no weight-based limit applied to this free shipping option at checkout. Unusually large or heavy shipments may require special arrangements.

How Does Pickup Point Delivery Work?

1. Select Pickup point delivery at checkout.
2. Enter your normal home address and complete your order.
3. Vintage District Antwerp selects an available pickup point as close as reasonably possible to your delivery address, depending on the available carrier network.
4. We provide the pickup location details and tracking information once your shipment is arranged.
5. Collect your parcel within the collection period specified by the carrier.

You do not need to choose a pickup point yourself during checkout. We arrange this for you.

The exact pickup location and carrier depend on availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. If you would like to check the likely pickup location before ordering, please contact us with your postal code.

Home Delivery

Home delivery is available in:

Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.

For orders below €100, home delivery costs depend on the destination and parcel weight. The applicable rate is displayed at checkout.

Home delivery is FREE for orders of €100 or more in these six countries.

The €100 threshold is calculated after applicable product discounts and before shipping charges. Eligible free home delivery is applied automatically at checkout.

Standard weight-based home delivery rates are configured for parcels weighing up to 10 kg. For unusually heavy orders, please contact us before ordering if you require home delivery so that we can check the available shipping arrangements. Orders meeting the €100 threshold may still qualify for the free shipping option displayed at checkout.

Portugal — Pickup Point Delivery Only

For Portugal, we currently offer FREE pickup point delivery only.

Home delivery is not available.

Our team selects an available pickup point as close as reasonably possible to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Other International Destinations

We also offer shipping to selected destinations outside these seven countries, including the United Kingdom, United States, Japan, Canada, Australia and other supported international markets.

Available delivery services, rates and eligibility for any free shipping offers are shown at checkout and may vary by destination.

Tracking & Delivery

All parcels are carefully packed and shipped with tracking.

Once your shipment is arranged, tracking details will be provided. For pickup point deliveries, we also provide the assigned collection location.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier operations, holidays, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and collecting parcels within the applicable collection period.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges or other local fees.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer or importer.

Failed Deliveries & Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is refused, remains uncollected, cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or is returned because applicable import charges have not been paid, additional shipping or handling costs may arise.

Where permitted by applicable law, reasonable additional costs resulting from these circumstances may be charged or deducted from any applicable refund.

Failure to collect a parcel does not automatically constitute a formal cancellation or return request.

Nothing in this policy limits customers' mandatory statutory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal and refund rights.

Shipping Costs & Refunds

Shipping charges and additional carrier or customs fees are refundable where required by applicable law.

In particular, where a customer validly exercises their statutory right of withdrawal, any applicable refund of standard outbound delivery charges will be handled in accordance with consumer protection law and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
