Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the website Vintage District Antwerp.

By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Products

Vintage District Antwerp specializes in curated second-hand vintage denim.
Each item is unique and available in a single quantity unless otherwise specified.

All items are carefully inspected and described as accurately as possible. Any visible defects or signs of wear are clearly mentioned in the product description.

Prices

All prices displayed on the website are listed in EUR (€).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and selected shipping method.

Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Vintage District Antwerp reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:

product unavailability
pricing errors
suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, the customer will be fully refunded.

Shipping

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days.

All shipments include tracking.

We select reliable shipping partners based on destination and service availability. A specific carrier or collection point cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Pickup-point delivery is free from the first item in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal. When the customer selects this option and enters a normal home address, Vintage District Antwerp selects an available pickup point as close as reasonably possible to that address. The exact point is not chosen at checkout. Home delivery is available in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy and Spain; it is free for eligible orders of €100 or more after applicable product discounts. Below €100, home delivery rates depend on destination and package weight. Portugal offers free pickup-point delivery only.

Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Italy, United States, Japan, United Kingdom, Austria, Bulgaria, Czechia, Slovakia, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Luxembourg, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, China, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Canada and Sweden.

Available destinations and delivery services can change. The current Shipping page and checkout confirm availability for your address.

Returns

For consumer returns and withdrawals where applicable, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

After notifying us within that period, you normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back, where applicable under consumer law and subject to the return instructions we provide.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

If the return is due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason not related to our error, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

If the return is due to an error on our side, such as:

receiving the wrong item
receiving an item that is damaged and not described in the listing

Vintage District Antwerp will cover the return shipping costs.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue the applicable refund. For eligible consumer withdrawals, original standard delivery costs are refunded where required by applicable consumer law. Additional or premium delivery costs and return shipping costs are handled in accordance with applicable law and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
