These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the website Vintage District Antwerp.
By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Products
Vintage District Antwerp specializes in curated second-hand vintage denim.
Each item is unique and available in a single quantity unless otherwise specified.
All items are carefully inspected and described as accurately as possible. Any visible defects or signs of wear are clearly mentioned in the product description.
Prices
All prices displayed on the website are listed in EUR (€).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and selected shipping method.
Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Vintage District Antwerp reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:

product unavailability

pricing errors
-
suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, the customer will be fully refunded.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours.
All shipments include tracking.
We use selected trusted carriers including DPD, Mondial Relay, DHL, bpost and GLS, depending on destination and available services.
Customers may choose between pickup point delivery or home delivery where available.
We currently ship to:

Netherlands
France
Germany
Portugal
Spain
Italy
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
If the return is due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason not related to our error, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
If the return is due to an error on our side, such as:

receiving the wrong item
-
receiving an item that is damaged and not described in the listing
Vintage District Antwerp will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds for the item price (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
